We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging - a €1.99 fee per item will be charged (this fee may be re-evaluated and waived, depending on the situation).

In cases of damaged or incorrect items, please contact us so we can evaluate the situation promptly. We guarantee a full refund for damaged and/or incorrect items.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
